‘Kites’ – Before School Club

Mrs Miles and Mrs Smith run ‘Kites’ our Breakfast Club.

 The club is open termly, Monday to Friday 7.45 a.m. until 8.45 a.m. Breakfast is served until 8:25am.

 The children are provided with a snack of toast, cereal, fruit and milk, juice or water.  

 Prices are:

      £2 per day rate

Conditions:

 Payments for attendance at Kites must be made via the app

You are required to pay for every day that your child is booked in, even if they do not attend for any reason (this includes illness).

You are requested to bring your child to the club each morning and sign the register to confirm their arrival with a member of staff. This will allow us the opportunity to pass on any important messages. If they are in Year 5 or 6 and walk to school on their own this can be arranged with staff.

‘Caterpillars’ After School Club

‘Caterpillars’ our After School Club is open until 4.30pm, Monday to Friday in term time. 

The children will have the opportunity to participate in a number of organised activities and provided with a snack.

Prices are: £5 per day rate
All places must be booked in advance; children can be collected from anytime up until 4.30pm.

The club is run by Miss Uddin and Mr Wears each evening.

Conditions:
Payments are made when you book on the MCAS app.

In order to ensure that our adult-to-child ratio is correct, payments for attendance at Caterpillars must be made via the app.

You are required to pay for every day that your child is booked in, even if they do not attend for any reason (this includes illness).

The club is a non-profit making service and it is essential that all payments are received on time to ensure that we cover the costs of running the club.

You are required to collect your child from the club each evening and sign the register to confirm collection with a member of staff.  

We are unable to allow children to be collected by any person under the age of 14 years. This will allow us the opportunity to pass on any important messages and receive payment from you.
