This week in year 3, the children have been looking at how water is transported through the xylem vessels in plants. They investigated this using celery and flowering plants. We observed how the dye travels up the plants.
In maths, they have been calculating perimeter. In English, we have started to read a new book called Firebird. The children have started planning and writing their letters as Prince Ivan.
