This week in Nursery, our children continued exploring our “All About Me” topic alongside our featured story, The Biggest Bed in the World. Inspired by the book, the children demonstrated fantastic teamwork and problem-solving skills as they worked together to construct their very own version of the biggest bed.
Outdoor learning provided rich opportunities for sensory exploration and physical development. While digging in the mud kitchen and experimenting during water play, the children practiced handling tools safely, showcased strong motor skills, and demonstrated wonderful sharing and turn-taking abilities.
In addition, the children enthusiastically participated in physical education sessions in the hall to build their strength, balance, and spatial awareness. To celebrate the changing season, they also enjoyed a creative art activity, crafting colourful footprint artwork using a palette of autumn colours.
