This week, we had so much fun reading the story Mr. Grumpy’s Motorcar! The children loved the book and became amazing little inventors, using lots of recycled boxes and containers to build their very own toy cars. They had a wonderful time dipping toy vehicle wheels into paint and rolling them across paper to make all sorts of cool tracks and patterns. Our classroom was full of excitement as the children explored a special Mr. Grumpy’s Motorcar sensory tray, drove their cars through the toy garage, and had a splashy, busy time washing their vehicles at the pretend car wash.
